2005 Tournament Host Application -- Region 1

You may apply to host a tournament for NSA Region 1 in 2005 by completing the following Tournament Host Application. Priority is given to previous year's hosts. No tournaments may be scheduled for June 17-19, 2005 (Father's Day Bash) or July 8-10, 2005 (NSA Mass. State Championships). Hosts are required to accept teams on a first come, first served basis with a minimum of 8 teams in each age division.

Please email cheryl@northeastnsa.com for guidelines of what is required to host an NSA Region 1 Tournament (fields/maintenance, awards, rain/refund policies, etc.).

Tournament Name, Age Division(s), Event Dates (1st and 2nd Choice), Host Team, and all website contact information is required at the time this application is completed. Coaches of teams playing in the tournament should not be designated as the tournament director. Please chose a parent or other individual to act as Tournament Director if possible.

All tournaments are 4 Game Guarantee format with an entry fee of $350 or less unless other arrangements are made with the Region 1 Youth Director ahead of time. The deadline will be no more than 3 weeks before the tournament (no refunds required after this date). You may charge a $25 processing fee for all cancellations prior to the deadline.
