How NSA teams Qualify for:

NOTE:  It is the teams responsibility to ensure the complete and correct information is RECEIVED
 by their State Director no later than the Tournament Entry Deadline posted in the Post Season Packets.

Failure for the team to submit the Entry Form, Official NSA ONLINE Roster, SIGNED with Complete and Correct information,
 and the Entry Fee in Money Order or Cashier Check form by the deadline listed will result in the
team losing the berth and all travel monies won.  Deadlines will be strictly enforced.
