How to Qualify for Adult NSA 2005 WORLD SERIES:          Back

Rosters: Official NSA ONLINE Roster, SIGNED with ALL INFORMATION Complete and Correct is MANDATORY

1. Finish 1st in a "WORLD SERIES QUALIFIER"
             PLUS team MUST participate in the STATE Tournament.
   
   

2. Finish 1st through 3rd Place in the "STATE TOURNAMENT" 
                                           - OR -
   Finish in the TOP 10% of the "STATE TOURNAMENT" with 40 or more teams.
           1st through 3rd Places receive a DIRECT Unpaid BERTH to WORLD SERIES - team may bypass Regional
    The next 10% receive a WORLD SERIES Berth, but MUST participate in the National Regional.   
   
               

3. Finish 1st through 3rd in the "WORLD SERIES NIT."
            1st Place receives DIRECT Unpaid BERTH - team may bypass State and/or Regional
             2nd & 3rd Place receives unpaid BERTH to WORLD SERIES
                          PLUS team MUST participate in the STATE and/or REGIONAL
            1st through 6th Place receives an unpaid NATIONAL REGIONAL Berth
                           PLUS team MUST participate in the STATE Tournament.
   
   

4. Finish 1st through 3rd in a "SUPER WORLD SERIES NIT."
     1st Place receives DIRECT Unpaid BERTH w/ designated Travel Expenses to the "SUPER WORLD SERIES"
   (1st Place is may bypass STATE, REGIONAL, & WORLD SERIES -  see How to Qualify for Supers)
            2nd & 3rd Place receive an unpaid BERTH to WORLD SERIES 
                            PLUS team MUST participate in the STATE and/or REGIONAL
                                                                          - OR -
   Finish in the TOP 10% in "SUPER WORLD SERIES NIT." with 40 or more teams.
                       PLUS team MUST participate in the STATE Tournament.
   
   

5. Finish 1st through 4th in a "NATIONAL REGIONAL"
                      PLUS team MUST participate in the STATE Tournament.
                                                               - OR -
   Finish in the TOP 10% in a "NATIONAL REGIONAL" with 40 or more teams.
                      PLUS team MUST participate in the STATE Tournament.
   
   

6. Declined Berths will be passed down by the Zone VP ONLY.  There are NO "At Large" Berths.

NOTE: Teams MUST participate in STATE Tournaments!  This means a team must physically play in the Tournament or lose their berth. 
Paying for the tournament and not showing up OR not having enough players will be cause for a team to lose their berth.

It is the teams responsibility to ensure the correct entry fees, form of payment and completed forms 
needed are RECEIVED by their State Director no later than the tournament Entry Deadline.
